The Grenadine Walks

Like a breath at the heart of it all. This project underwent a client/architect consultation. We were selected based on simple principles of layout and climate comfort. The buildings' perpendicular placement to the road limits noise disturbances. The distribution of the apartments, all through-facing, around a central courtyard significantly improves summer comfort.
